Four Points Hotel Requirements

Hotel Deposit:
Guests will be asked for a method of payment for the entire stay. For cash customers, 2 forms of I.D. will be required. In addition to room & tax, a $50.00 deposit by credit card imprint or a $200.00 cash deposit is required to cover incidental hotel charges (phone, restaurant, dry cleaning, room service, gift shop – guest charges to their room). This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided the allocated funds have not been used.

Hotel Smoking Policy:
The Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport is a non-smoking property. Smoking rooms are not available, but in the event that a guest does smoke in their room, a $250 cleaning charge will be applied. Guests can smoke outside the hotel only.

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, this includes guest rooms, hotel lobby, hospitality room, restaurant, bathrooms and workout area. There are designated areas outside each building and outside hospitality room that smoking is allowed.
